Dr. Rabih Dandachli is the founder and director of RECODE, a consultancy and research center that provides studies, strategic advice, and statistical insights to numerous officials and institutions in Lebanon and the wider Middle East, with a focus on Lebanon and Syria. He is a non-resident fellow at CIWAS Center (Royal Holloway, University of London), and contributes to several international research centers, specializing in radicalization, and regional politics in the Middle East and North Africa.
Dr. Dandachli has a background in Telecommunication technologies & Cyber Security, he is also a frequent political commentator on local & international TV channels. An expert in electoral systems, he has managed dozens of electoral campaigns across the region.
He is the author of the book "Religious Politics in Saudi Arabia: The Council of Senior Scholars (1971–2018)".
